Night Swimming

Tonight, I decided that drinking tea and then swimming is not such a good idea. I think I had a vanilla chai around 8pm, then went to the gym at about 10:15. I swam half a mile and decided that I was gonna need to call it quits. Tomorrow I am planning on waking up early and getting another swim in.

  1. how does tea impact swimming? I would expect the caffeine to give you a boost?
