Training Calendar

My training week starts on Monday and runs through Sunday.

Tonight was awesome. I swam 20 laps, which equates to 1000m or 5/8 mile. Then I ran for 20 min, which ended up being 2.35 miles.

It felt really good, I might get a swim, bike, and run in this weekend, but we will see.
