4 total miles!

Tonight I ran to the gym, swam 1/2 mile (800m), and then ran back home.

It was pretty awesome, except when I got out of the pool and started to run back I realized that it was about 65 degrees. I was still pretty wet and everything seemed very cold.

Overall, I was pretty happy though. Both my run times were sub 8 minutes and 45 seconds. There are some pretty big hills to and from the gym and I really tried to run hard up the hills which helped to decrease my times.
