AM Workout
Started off with my StrongLifts for the day: 115lbs squat, 75lbs overhead press, 150lbs deadlift.
Then I got in a light
3.75 mile aerobic run
on the treadmill. Pretty easy morning, looking forward to nice bike ride tonight.
